Why do we collect data through Meta?

HIVA integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to allow our customers to manage communications and AI agents on their messaging channels. Through these integrations we may process data such as page identifiers, access tokens, account names and conversation content, necessary to operate contracted services.

What data can be deleted?

Upon request, we can delete the following data linked to your account or Meta integration:

  • Access tokens and Facebook/Instagram integration credentials
  • Meta page and channel configuration associated with your HIVA account
  • Conversation history processed through Meta integrations
  • End-user identifiers received from Meta platforms
  • Any other personal data linked to the use of these integrations

How to request deletion of your data

To exercise your right to deletion, follow these steps:

Send an email to hola@hiva.pro with the subject: "Data Deletion Request".

Include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your HIVA account
  • Company or organization name (if applicable)
  • Description of the data you wish to delete (full account, Meta integration, conversation history, etc.)

Our team will process your request and confirm by email the deletion of the data within a maximum of 15 business days.

Effects of deletion

Once your request is processed:

  • Data linked to Meta integrations will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Active integrations with Facebook/Instagram will be disconnected.
  • AI agents configured on those channels will stop functioning.
  • If it is a full account deletion, all information associated with your HIVA account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Some data may be retained for the strictly necessary time to comply with legal or tax obligations, in accordance with applicable regulations.
